The Apprentice Entry Window fitted at St Georges   Church Halton.

Amongst the illustrious names and entries that have a dedicated a window at the church is the window of the 88th.
The window was commissioned by the entry and designed and painted by   Lindsey Abbott who also designed and made windows for Admin at Halton   and the magnificent window at RAF Valley on Anglesey dedicated to 22   Squadron Air Sea rescue. Our entry badge the centre piece of the Window   is painted in exacting detail and the Glouster  Javlin that flies   high above clouds represents a lasting memory of our days at Airfields   during our 3 year term. I have copied the original jpg. of the window onto Acetate and it works well as a stained glass window when attached   to a window. Below is the original photo of the window before it was  fitted .
There is a comprehensive Blog on the halton window on the Old haltonian web site
